You will oversee the management of key retail accounts and distributors, ensuring effective distribution and high visibility of our products. Your role involves developing strategic relationships, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement impactful promotional activities.</div>

Develop and Strengthen Distribution Network: Focus on building and enhancing the offline modern trade channel for the assigned product line.<br />

Sales Management: Handle sales through distributors to modern trade retail accounts.<br />
•<br />
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.<br />
•<br />
New Sales Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.<br />
•<br />
Relationship Building: Manage and build relationships with key accounts to deliver business targets.<br />
•<br />
Product Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new product opportunities.<br />

Customer Relationships: Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.<br />
•<br />
Distribution Network: Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior service levels.<br />

Market Penetration: Increase the number of listing outlets and product visibility through frequent visits to stores and the wholesale network.<br />
•<br />
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to ensure trade marketing tools are provided to increase brand visibility and achieve business objectives.<br />

Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities, and analyze their impact.<br />
•<br />
Competitive Intelligence: Ensure correct pricing of products and provide trade information, competitor activities, and market intelligence to the company.</div>

<div>Required Qualifications:<br />

Experience: 6-8 years of sales experience working for Food/FMCG/D2C brands.<br />
•<br />
Agency Collaboration: Experience working with external events & promoter agencies and direct sales agents.<br />
•<br />
Adaptability: Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.<br />
•<br />
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br />
•<br />
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br />
•<br />
Sales Process: Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.<br />
•<br />
Business Acumen: Strong business sense and industry expertise.</div>
