investor reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role demands someone self-driven, detail-oriented, and

vendors, and ensure seamless execution across finance and compliance.

Investor Relations
Compliance, Legal & Risk Management
Compute NAV, manage reconciliations, and track fees/expenses. •
Oversee investor onboarding, documentation, and KYC/AML verification. •
Coordinate with custodians, RTAs, fund accountants, and brokers for settlements. •
Maintain accurate portfolio/transaction data and support valuations. •
Prepare MIS reports for management and investors on fund performance and compliance. •
Draft investor communications, operating procedures, and financial policies. •
Compute NAV, manage reconciliations, and track fees/expenses. •

Coordinate with custodians, RTAs, fund accountants, and brokers for settlements. •
