Job Summary

The Finance Executive role is focused on Finance and Accounts operations within IPEC India. This position is integral to maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring that finance-related activities align with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Sales invoicing and accounting in SAP to ensure accurate billing process.
• Customer reconciliations and Accounts Receivable management to maintain healthy cash flows.
• Conducting bank accounting and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Managing month-end and year-end closing activities to facilitate timely financial reporting.
• Maintaining accounting records and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Coordinating with Sales and Operations teams to align finance processes with business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP for sales invoicing and accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable management and customer reconciliations.
• Experience in bank accounting and conducting reconciliations.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the EV industry or a similar technical field.
