We’re looking for an Engineering Manager – Mobile Applications who can lead world-

class engineers and work alongside a creative powerhouse of media professionals and

technology leaders who have delivered cutting-edge products for over a decade.

You’ll architect systems that endure, drive AI-assisted acceleration, and shape mobile

experiences used by millions.

What You’ll Do

• Architect for Scale: Design and own Cubera’s cross-platform mobile architecture

— modular, high-performance, and secure.

• Lead with Vision: Build and mentor a world-class team of mobile engineers who

take pride in craftsmanship and precision.

• Collaborate Creatively: Partner with designers, storytellers, and media innovators

to translate creative vision into seamless digital experiences.

• Accelerate Intelligently: Use AI-assisted development and automation to

prototype rapidly while maintaining world-class code quality, documentation, and

maintainability.

• Engineer for Excellence: Ensure every build is production-grade — reliable, fault-

tolerant, and observable.

• Set Engineering Standards: Establish reusable design patterns, scalable

components, and documentation discipline across teams.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years leading mobile

teams.

• Proven mastery of React Native / Flutter, and cross-platform application design.• Strong foundation in software architecture, system design, and API-driven

integration.

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted prototyping responsibly to balance velocity

and rigor.

• Demonstrated success in shipping production-ready, large-scale mobile

applications with reusable, well-documented architecture.
