Role Description

This is a full time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Participating in client pitches and strategy development will be an important work area.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years experience of frontline client servicing with prominent corporates
