Job Summary
The Executive Recruiter plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Engage in stakeholder management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source and attract candidates using various methods, including databases and social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to reflect current needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to design and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
