You will transform raw footage into polished, engaging long-form videos while also helping create short-form clips for social platforms.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Edit long-form video content (documentary-style, educational, narrative, or story-driven formats) for platforms like YouTube and other video-first channels.</p> </li> <li> <p>Structure and pace long videos to maintain viewer engagement, using clear storytelling beats and smooth transitions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Sync multi-camera footage, B-roll, and supporting visuals to enhance the narrative.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform basic colour correction, audio balancing, and cleanup to ensure professional-quality</p>
