Key Responsibilities: ● ERP Development & Implementation: ○ Define, design, and lead the development of a scalable ERP system tailored to in-house manufacturing and supply chain needs. ○ Collaborate with engineering and tech teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth integration of the ERP. ● Process Optimization: ○ Analyze current supply chain and production workflows to identify gaps and areas of improvement. ○ Create robust queuing systems for production to handle a dynamic pipeline of 100+ designs weekly. ● Data-Driven Insights: ○ Build systems that provide actionable recommendations and insights to the design engine for creating customer-preferred designs. ○ Implement tools for tracking quality and churn rates across design and production.<br /> ● Stakeholder Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the manufacturing, design, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and prioritize features. ○ Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables. ● Scalability & Innovation: ○ Develop systems and processes that scale with Aramya's rapid growth trajectory. ○ Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for manufacturing and supply chain technology. Qualifications & Experience: ● 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a focus on supply chain or ERP systems. ● Experience in B2C manufacturing or e-commerce operations is highly preferred. ● Strong understanding of ERP systems, supply chain management, and production workflows.
