Job Summary
The Transition Manager will oversee and lead the transition activities within the organization, ensuring seamless operations and successful integration of processes across multiple geographies. This role is critical in managing large-scale transitions involving a team of 100+ Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), contributing to the organization’s operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple large-scale transition projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams throughout the transition process.
- Develop and implement transition strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on transition progress, handling any issues that may arise during the process.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships to enhance collaboration.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10-18 years of experience in transition management, particularly within BPO or shared services environments.
- Proven track record of leading transitions involving 100+ FTEs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with global companies such as BT, Genpact, Capgemini, or Wipro.
- Familiarity with transition methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices related to transition management.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years and up to 18 years of relevant experience in transition management.
