<p>We are looking to expand our brand’s reach even further, leveraging insightful marketing strategies and data-driven analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth.</p>
<p>Job Overview</p>
<p>We are seeking a Marketing & Analytics Manager to oversee the brand’s marketing strategy, customer engagement, and performance analytics. This role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and brand management, with a passion for building brand awareness and driving business growth.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities<br />
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:</p>
<ul>

<p>● Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Kulfilicious across various platforms, including offline and social media.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product sales at outlets and on delivery platforms.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing initiatives.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Plan and execute seasonal promotions, new product launches, and regional marketing efforts</p>
<p>to increase visibility and market share.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Lead content creation to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.</p>
<p>2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p>● Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEM, email marketing, PPC, influencer partnerships) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence (Instagram), including creating content calendars, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing engagement metrics.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Work closely with creative teams and influencers to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with Kulfilicious' audience.</p>
<p>3. Market Research & Analytics:</p>
<p>● Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, competitor landscape, and emerging industry trends.</p>

<p>4. Brand Positioning & Customer Insights:</p>

<p>● Analyze customer data and feedback to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.</p>

<p>● Help shape the brand’s positioning and messaging to ensure it aligns with customer desires and market demands.</p>
<p>5. Reporting & Budget Management:</p>

<p>● Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for senior leadership.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and marketing activities.</p>
</li>

<p>● Track and report on ROI for digital marketing efforts, adjusting strategy as necessary to meet business objectives.</p>
<p>6. Partnerships & Event Marketing:</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p>● Collaborate with partners, including influencers, brands, and event organizers, to create co-branded initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Assist in planning and executing branded events or pop-up activations to build brand presence and engage with customers directly.</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a similar consumer-facing sector.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. An MBA or additional certifications in digital marketing/analytics is a plus.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>○ Strong experience in digital marketing (SEM, social media advertising, email</p>
<p>marketing, etc.).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>○ Proficient in social media</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>○ Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and storytelling.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>○ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>○ Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and trends that resonate with</p>
<p>target audiences.</p>
</li>

<p>○ Data-driven, with a focus on measurable results and ROI.</p>
