With over 20 outlets across India and a rapidly growing presence in the B2B segment (hotel chains, restaurants, event organizers, corporate clients), Kulfilicious continues to bring the vibrant, Bollywood-inspired experience of kulfi to new audiences.</p> <p>We are looking to expand our brand&rsquo;s reach even further, leveraging insightful marketing strategies and data-driven analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth.</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Marketing &amp; Analytics Manager to oversee the brand&rsquo;s marketing strategy, customer engagement, and performance analytics. This role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and brand management, with a passion for building brand awareness and driving business growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br /> 1. Marketing Strategy &amp; Campaigns:</p> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Kulfilicious across various platforms, including offline and social media.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product sales at outlets and on delivery platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Plan and execute seasonal promotions, new product launches, and regional marketing efforts</p>

<p>2. Digital Marketing &amp; Social Media Management:</p>

</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEM, email marketing, PPC, influencer partnerships) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Manage and grow the brand&rsquo;s social media presence (Instagram), including creating content calendars, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing engagement metrics.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Work closely with creative teams and influencers to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with Kulfilicious&#39; audience.</p>
<p>3. Market Research &amp; Analytics:</p>

<p>● Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, competitor landscape, and emerging industry trends.</p>

<p>5. Reporting &amp; Budget Management:</p>

</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for senior leadership.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and marketing activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Track and report on ROI for digital marketing efforts, adjusting strategy as necessary to meet business objectives.</p>
<p>6. Partnerships &amp; Event Marketing:</p>

</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Collaborate with partners, including influencers, brands, and event organizers, to create co-branded initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Assist in planning and executing branded events or pop-up activations to build brand presence and engage with customers directly.</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
</li>
</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a similar consumer-facing sector.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. An MBA or additional certifications in digital marketing/analytics is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Skills:</p>
