You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of process design across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of team management across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of sla & metrics across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of vendor coordination across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of problem solving across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Logistics or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in process design, team management, sla & metrics.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
