Job Summary

The Project Director (DPD-Palm Retreat) will oversee the overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and quality of the project. This role requires managing a cross-functional team and a deep understanding of the entire value chain in the Real Estate Industry, from land acquisition to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Manage asset performance to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns.
• AOP Planning: Ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to maintain the business plan.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Project Execution: Implement the project according to the established business plan.
• Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks to project returns during both the pre-construction and construction phases, providing mitigation strategies and recommendations to management.
• Team Leadership: Set work objectives and goals for team members, conduct performance reviews, and engage in team-building activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-Graduation from a Premier B-School.
• Certifications: Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Experience: At least 7-10 years in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, financial acumen, risk assessment, and communication skills.
