They offer solutions for automating crucial supply chain functions like freight rate procurement, real-time shipment tracking, invoice reconciliation, and workflow automation. Key Role of the Position: Looking for a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations across India and Singapore, including accounting, taxation, audits, and financial consolidation. This role will manage a small team and be responsible for maintaining compliance, improving processes, and preparing accurate consolidated financial statements across geographies. To ensure correct & timely maintenance of books of accounts and closure of audits for the holding company and Group entities. Key Responsibilities: - - - - - - - - Overseeing Core Accounting & Financial Process to ensure Correctness & timely Recording of financial transactions preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Statements (Balance sheet, P&l & cash Flow statements) Ensuring Timely closure of Financial Internal & Statutory Audit without negative observations Ensuring smooth conduct of record to report accounting & timely publishing of Accounts Receivables for follow up actions Ensuring smooth conduct of procure to pay for goods & services and compliance with internal guidelines Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and other applicable laws as per industry requirement Lead AR, AP, billing, and vendor management operations Support implementation or improvement of financial systems and automation Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable standards (Indian GAAP, Ind AS, Singapore FRS) Educational Qualification & Experience: MBA – Finance / Semi-qualified CA with strong accounting foundation is a must with 5+ Years. Knowledge and Specific Skills: - - - - - - - Strong Accounting & taxation skills. Experience in handling Consolidated Books of Accounts in multiple entity approach is preferred Strong Excel Skills, good business acumen and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional team. Self-starter who will take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Excellent numeracy and mathematical knowledge
