Job Description
Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (inbound, outbound, etc.)
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our SaaS solution.
Negotiate and close deals, securing new customer contracts.
Onboard new customers and ensure successful product adoption through training and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS market, competitor landscape, and customer trends.
Contribute to creating and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Track and analyze sales metrics (meetings booked, demos delivered, deals closed) and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
