We want to use deep tech innovations and go after meaningful, hard-to-solve problems. He is an active investor in the Indian ecosystem with early investments in Groww and Skyroot</div> <div>Our investors and mentors include some of the most marquee venture capital investors globally, along with successful entrepreneurs and operators in the Indian ecosystem.</div> <div>What you would do:<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Build detailed investment/incubation thesis: You would conduct in depth industry primers and understand the landscape along with potential opportunities for disruption<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Generate and validate customer insights: You will have to get your hands dirty, gathering customer insights and driving on-ground visits to be able to validate the investment thesis&nbsp;<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Incubate new ideas: You would explore and tinker with new ideas, internally or with future entrepreneurs who don&rsquo;t have a specific idea yet, and go through the 0-to-1 journey of building companies (surely, with some failed attempts!).&nbsp;<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Build prototypes of ideas: You&rsquo;ll work on developing prototypes for new ideas by collaborating with internal teams and entrepreneurs. This includes translating concepts into tangible products and quickly testing MVPs to assess feasibility.<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Achieve product-market fit: You&rsquo;ll work on achieving product market fit through constant experimentation&mdash;testing hypotheses, building MVPs, and creating feedback loops to continuously iterate using user input and market signals to guide improvements.</div> <div>Also, we are a start-up ourselves. From our strategy and branding to rituals and internal team building, there is a lot to be done on our journey to become a leading incubator of great companies.</div> <div>What we are looking for:<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management. Experience in building 0-to-1 products is a strong plus.<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrated problem-solving skills: You should have a proven ability to tackle challenging, undefined problems, regardless of brand or title.<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to handle tech, design, and business aspects: You can seamlessly balance technical, design, and business aspects to take a product from 0 to 100.&nbsp;<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Growth mindset: You have a passion for learning about diverse topics, enjoy testing new ideas, and continuously seek feedback and learning opportunities.<br /> ●&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Self-drive: You&rsquo;ll be working in a highly self-managed team, co-creating objectives and key results (OKRs) rather than relying on traditional management.
