Job Summary

The Product Definition Analyst 4 plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of product development. This position involves transitioning from a development role to a product definition analyst, focusing on analyzing and defining product requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define product requirements based on technical specifications and user needs.
• Utilize tools such as Draw IO to create visual representations of product features and workflows.
• Investigate logs and incidents to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product features.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a techno-functional Business Analyst (BA).
• Proficiency in using Draw IO for product design and documentation.
• Experience in analyzing logs and incidents to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Familiarity with product development methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with incident management tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-functional BA role or related field.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹3,400,000 per annum.
