Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end supply chain operations. You will focus on achieving high performance in On Time In Full (OTIF) metrics. This position encompasses ensuring seamless order processing, inventory availability, timely dispatches, and collaborating with both internal teams and logistics partners to maintain high service levels across various channels, including Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, and General Trade.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor OTIF performance and maintain accurate inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatches.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within supply chain operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and align objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Order Fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
• Preferred industry experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), D2C, Consumer Goods, Beauty & Personal Care, E-commerce, or Retail.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, and General Trade operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain execution and process optimization.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or order fulfillment, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.

Environment

• This position is primarily based in Worli, Mumbai, working from the office.
• There is a hybrid work option available in exceptional circumstances, with prior approval.
• The role does not require extensive travel, as it mainly involves desk duties.

Salary

• The budget for this position is between 8-10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
