Join our growing team as we bring the future of green cleaning into every Indian household. � � Role Overview As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing operations across key online marketplaces and platforms. Acting as a Key Account Manager (KAM) from an operational perspective, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, order fulfilment, listings, reporting, and account performance. � � Roles & Responsibilities ● Account Management & Operations ○ Manage day-to-day operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and other D2C channels. ○ Ensure accurate product listings, pricing updates, and availability across platforms. ○ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of orders. ○ Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. ● Performance Tracking & Reporting ○ Regularly analyze platform metrics (orders, returns, cancellations, visibility) and share insights with the Growth Head. ○ Generate weekly and monthly reports for account performance, marketing spends, and conversion metrics. ● Vendor & Platform Communication ○ Act as the primary point of contact for platform category managers and support teams. ○ Resolve escalations, claim reimbursements, and manage ticketing efficiently. ● Listing Optimization & Coordination ○ Work closely with the content/design team to ensure A+ content, keyword optimization, and updated product images. ○ Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and update listings based on feedback or seasonal campaigns. ● Campaign & Pricing Support ○ Assist the Growth Head in executing platform-specific offers, coupons, or sponsored ad campaigns. ○ Monitor pricing competitiveness and ensure discounting or promotions are aligned with business goals. ● Drive revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets for all online sales channels. ● Identify new opportunities for growth, including marketplaces, international expansion, and strategic partnerships ✅ Requirements ● 2–3 years of experience in managing operations for e-commerce brands or marketplaces. ● Strong understanding of marketplace backends (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) ● Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable handling data. ● Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ● Experience in a D2C or sustainable product brand is a plus.
