· Looking for an incumbent with 15+years of prior experience working within Asset Management and comes with a proven track record in developing relationships and generating business through multiple channels.

· The incumbent must be well connected in with key distribution partners, including banks, financial advisors, brokers, and other intermediaries, to maximize sales and market penetration.

· It will be reporting to the Chief Business Officer  - Rina Nathani and the incumbent will be managing a team size of 60 members.

· It will be a PAN India role and based out in Mumbai

· Compensation: Fixed: 50-60 lakhs and Variable Pay + Performance Based Incentives.
