Job Summary

The AEM Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and workflows. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance of the AEM environment, contributing to the overall digital strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain AEM core/custom components, editable templates, and workflows.
  • Work with Sling Models and HTL (Sightly) to develop touch UI dialogs for components.
  • Design and develop OSGI services, Sling Servlets, and event handlers.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Adobe Managed Services (AMS).
  • Create and manage AEM content fragments, experience fragments, and variations.
  • Develop and implement style systems in AEM for consistent design and branding across all digital assets.
  • Manage and optimize the Java Content Repository (JCR) and Apache Oak within AEM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM solutions and integrate AEM with third-party services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AEM.
  • Strong programming skills in Java 8 and familiarity with coding standards.
  • Proficient in UI technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Good understanding of Sling Models, HTL (Sightly), and touch UI dialogs.
  • Knowledge in migrating scripts ensuring functionality and compatibility in the AEM environment.
  • Experience with building and managing AEM content fragments and experience fragments.
  • Familiarity with data layer management for accurate data collection and integration with analytics tools.
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver complete AEM functionalities.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in integrating AEM with other systems and third-party services.
  • Awareness of current AEM trends and web development best practices.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM implementation issues.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in AEM development and customization.

  • This role is open to candidates located PAN India.
