  • Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel — from first contact to sales handoff

  • Manage and train in-house + outsourced pre-sales team to drive conversions

  • Work closely with growth and sales to refine targets, journeys, and outcomes"

  • Sales mindset - drives lead-to-visit conversions owning the presales funnel.

  • Comfortable working with tech/product - to build, improve, and scale tools like CRM, AI calling, and chatbots.

  • Team & CX focus - leads callers and ensures every customer gets quick, high-quality service.
