Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and passionate MERN Stack Developers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, Node.js, and Next.js, demonstrating a keen eye for clean, scalable code and a solid understanding of modern web application development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code to enhance maintainability.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure their efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience in building and optimizing responsive web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material-UI.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker.

Experience

• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in web application development using the MERN stack.

Environment

• General shift working hours.
• Location: Pune.
• The position is available for 8 openings.
• Preference for candidates with a notice period of 2 weeks or less.
