Be responsible for timely closure of the monthly books of accounts • Responsible for the preparation of standalone/consolidated financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Managing statutory auditors and liasoning with them. SPOC for providing required documents and explanations • Reconcile accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Assist in ensuring adherence to accounting and auditing standards. • Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy in financial records and prevent errors or fraud • Ensure the smooth functioning of the accounting system (ERP or other accounting software) and maintain accurate records • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
