We are looking for a CA in our team.</div> <div>Job Title</div> <div>Monitoring &ndash; AVP/Senior Manager.</div> <div>Sector: BFSI<br /> Location: Mumbai<br /> Key<br /> Responsibilities 1) Manage the Credit monitoring of the entire PAN India portfolio of</div> <div>the construction Finance division.<br /> 2) Development of a smooth process of tracking the Pre and Post<br /> disbursement condition of the projects.<br /> 3) To Established a detailed process for Covenants tracking, security<br /> analysis, compliance management etc.<br /> 4) highlighting the red flag accounts of the entire portfolio by taking<br /> into accounts factors such as payment track record, sales and<br /> collection history, actuals and milestones comparison, compliance<br /> track record, rating history or any other compliance issue.<br /> 5) Quarterly verifying the available security value of the entire portfolio<br /> by comparing the committed receivables and unsold stock with the<br /> balance cost of the project.<br /> 6) Undertaking the tranche disbursement of the active projects of the<br /> portfolio.<br /> 7) Presenting the Brief monitoring report of the entire portfolio for the<br /> senior management review.</div> <div>8) Regular monitoring activities includes inventory analysis, sensitivity<br /> analysis, micro market analysis, escrow reconciliation, site visits, DSRA<br /> / ISRA tracking, DCCO dates tracking. etc.</div> <div>Key Skill &amp;<br /> Qualifications &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Real Estate, or related field; master&rsquo;s or</div> <div>relevant certifications preferred.<br /> &bull; 3-5 years of experience in post-investment monitoring or asset<br /> management.<br /> &bull; Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.<br /> &bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate analytics software.</div>
