MBA preferred
Prior experience (1-3 years) in management consulting / investment banking / transaction advisory (we can get relevant profiles from Big 4 / high-growth startups; open to any other option as well)  
Experience of financial modelling and powerpoint
Experience in primary + secondary research
Good communication skills + Internal / External stakeholder management
First principle based problem solving
Role will entail working on high impact projects for the founders' office including strategy design, performance improvement, fundraise, operations excellence etc.
