- Sold Sodexo to Pluse
- Currently working on SaaS & 3 major product lines : customer reward management, employee rewards management, partner rewards.
- India is managed by Minaxi & onc of the biggest centers for them.
- Expanding teams & business.

- In India there are 100 member team
- Had an HR head till March 25 but the person had several heatlh issues.
- 4 offices Mumbai, Chennai,Noida, Bangalore

Role Details
- Folks who have worked for global orgs & know how to work with stakeholders globally
- Dotted line reporting to Global Office
- Been a part of business growth both organic & Inorganic, might bring in new product line, acquire companies
- Someone who has a business acumen
- Someone who can get their hands dirty & execute things on ground
- Hands on operations person
- Added responsibility of CSR & admin
-  12 - 15 years of experience - 70-75 Lacs (20% variable)
- Smaller size retail or ecommerce companies
- Needs to be a strong brand ambassador
- Will be in Mumbai with 3 days work from office.
- New age industries are preferred along with fintech, SaaS, Tech Services focussing on fintech
- 5 member HR team
