Revenue Generation ○ Own and deliver monthly revenue targets through successful origination and closure of debt transactions via the Recur Club platform. ● Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Building ○ Proactively identify and qualify new prospects through direct outreach, referrals and the partner ecosystem. ○ Meet with 3-4 Founders / Promoters / CFOs daily to pitch Recur Club’s capital solutions. ○ Develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality deals across priority sectors and geographies. ● Consultative Selling ○ Understand business models and funding needs to advise on the right capital stack (working capital, venture debt, term loans, asset-backed financing, etc.).
