Job Summary

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and managing key operational aspects of the organization. This role involves handling investor relations, providing Management Information System (MIS) reporting, and sharing critical updates with stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in strategic decision-making and operational planning.
• Manage investor relations by being the key point of contact for inquiries and updates.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to provide insights into operational performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to align operations with organizational goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to initiatives aimed at driving growth and sales.
• Assist in project management and ensure timely execution of operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations, sales, or growth management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with investor relations and financial reporting.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of operational metrics and performance analysis.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, sales, or business management is required.

Environment

This position is based in Chandigarh, requiring in-office work six days a week with the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays. The role will involve collaboration with various teams and active engagement with the CEO.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between 12-15 LPA.
