Job Title: Recruitment Intern
Location: Hybrid (Ahmedabad – Office Mon–Thu, Remote Fri–Sun)
Duration: 3–6 months
Stipend: As per industry standards
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination

Draft engaging job descriptions and post on relevant job boards

Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit

Maintain candidate databases and update trackers in a timely manner

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards

Participate in employer branding initiatives like campus outreach and social media hiring campaigns
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in talent acquisition and human capital

Comfortable working with Excel, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and ATS tools (training provided)

High sense of ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
