Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Location: Hybrid (Ahmedabad – Office Mon–Thu, Remote Fri–Sun)
Duration: 3–6 months
Stipend: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination

• Draft engaging job descriptions and post on relevant job boards

• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit

• Maintain candidate databases and update trackers in a timely manner

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience

• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards

• Participate in employer branding initiatives like campus outreach and social media hiring campaigns

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in talent acquisition and human capital

• Comfortable working with Excel, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and ATS tools (training provided)

• High sense of ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
