Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function within the hospital. This role is essential for ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and smooth HR operations that align with healthcare standards and best practices.
Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles including Doctors, Surgeons, Optometrists, Nursing staff, and various managerial positions.
- Develop proactive hiring strategies for niche and hard-to-fill clinical roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through consultants, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire while ensuring structured onboarding for new employees.

Performance Management System (PMS):
- Design and implement a transparent, KPI-driven PMS for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Define role-based KPIs including patient satisfaction scores and surgical success rates.
- Drive goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal cycles.
- Train managers on objective performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms.

Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
- Conduct regular feedback surveys and develop action plans based on responses.
- Implement recognition programs to cultivate a culture of appreciation and accountability.

Learning & Development:
- Identify skill gaps in patient handling and clinical coordination.
- Design and promote training programs for both medical and support staff.

HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure smooth HR operations, including attendance and payroll coordination.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and relevant hospital regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies regarding leave, working hours, and conduct.

HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report key HR metrics, such as attrition rates and engagement scores.
- Utilize HR data to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of healthcare HR practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in using recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Apna.
Experience
- 7–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Male candidates with experience working closely with Promoters are preferred.
- Languages known: Telugu, English, and Hindi.
