Job Description
Job requirements and responsibilities
- Coordinate with the central business/marketing team to execute the brand activities as per the business requirements.
- Influencer engagement (shop meets / retailer meets / contractor + engineer meets, training, etc.) across districts/states
- Identifying, planning and executing marketing campaigns to expand JSW One's brand reach across the market (in coordination with the sales/marketing/business teams).
- Ensure implementation of on-ground marketing activities (in-shop branding/signages/wall/shutter painting, etc.) with external agencies
- Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and partners. Ensure timely payments and support
- Regular audits/checks on the on-ground execution.
- MIS on the execution activities + handling of the budgets.
- POS Management: Ensure availability of product collaterals, fliers etc., at retailer locations
Qualifications:
- Master’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Trade marketing manager or similar role (4+ years)
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills and eye for detail
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Must be comfortable travelling across the North region as this job requires to be on-field at least 50% of the time
