Job Description

Job requirements and responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the central business/marketing team to execute the brand activities as per the business requirements.
  • Influencer engagement (shop meets / retailer meets / contractor + engineer meets, training, etc.) across districts/states
  • Identifying, planning and executing marketing campaigns to expand JSW One's brand reach across the market (in coordination with the sales/marketing/business teams). 
  • Ensure implementation of on-ground marketing activities (in-shop branding/signages/wall/shutter painting, etc.) with external agencies
  • Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and partners. Ensure timely payments and support
  • Regular audits/checks on the on-ground execution. 
  • MIS on the execution activities + handling of the budgets.
  • POS Management: Ensure availability of product collaterals, fliers etc., at retailer locations

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Trade marketing manager or similar role (4+ years)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and eye for detail
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Must be comfortable travelling across the North region as this job requires to be on-field at least 50% of the time
