BDE (General Trade)**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Market Analysis and Strategy Development:**
  - Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.
  - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth in the general trade segment.
  - Analyze competitors and market dynamics to formulate strategic plans.2. **Sales and Revenue Generation:**
  - Achieve sales targets and objectives in line with company growth strategies.
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  - Negotiate and close sales deals with clients and ensure timely collection of payments.3. **Client Relationship Management:**
  - Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts.
  - Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
  - Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.4. **Promotion and Branding:**
  - Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  - Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns.
  - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities.5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
  - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  - Use data to identify areas for improvement and to inform business decisions.
  - Report to senior management on sales forecasts, customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.6. **Team Collaboration and Coordination:**
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  - Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed.
