Jr. Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python and experience in building scalable

backend systems for high-traffic applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of D2C or e-commerce

platforms and can work across the stack to build performant and user-centric digital experiences.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, product-driven team, working on systems that directly impact growth, conversions, and

customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

Build, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Work with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

Contribute to front-end codebases built with React.js and Next.js.

Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.

Translate business needs (especially around e-commerce flows like checkout, inventory, personalization, etc.) into

scalable tech solutions.

Key Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience as a full stack developer with a strong backend focus.

Proficient in Python and modern web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, etc.).

Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js.

Familiarity with e-commerce

Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills.

Skills & Competencies

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and server-side rendering.

Knowledge of personalization engines or recommendation systems.
