Founding Blockchain/Protocol Engineer

About role

You will own the core protocol. We need someone who has built serious onchain systems before and can reason from first principles about markets, collateral, leverage, liquidations, and adversarial behaviour. This is not an app-engineering role. You should be comfortable taking a mechanism from research notes to production code.

Responsibilities

• • Deep smart contract experience

  • Proficiency in Rust or Golang, plus TypeScript

  • Prior DeFi protocol experience, ideally lending, perps, AMMs, derivatives, or margin

  systems

  • Ability to reason about solvency, edge cases, oracle risk, and adversarial market

  behaviour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant experience in web3 domain

Preferred Skills

• • You have shipped audited protocol code

  • You have worked on systems where bugs can lose money

  • You can challenge mechanism assumptions
