Python Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced Python Developers to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python-based applications and solutions, contributing to the organization’s technology goals and supporting business growth. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code for improved performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of core Python concepts and libraries.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Proficient in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Knowledge of source control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Exposure to RESTful API design and development.
• Understanding of containerization tools such as Docker.
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions using Python and related technologies.
