Deals/Investments Work with the Deal Discovery/ Investment team to source and manage deal flow and investment opportunities Support the deal evaluation process with market and sectoral research along with detailed competition analysis, logistical and coordination support Analyse business plans, financial models and prepare investment memorandum Assist in portfolio management activities (this includes sharing periodic updates with the investors) Coordinate with startup founders and other stakeholders to execute defined workstreams in the transaction process Investor Relations 1 Investment Analyst Engage with prospective angel investors, partner networks, VCs, family offices, CXOs, etc. Run the defined demand mandate to attract potential investors Support organising Demo days, learning sessions & other events. Wealth Products Perform in-depth analysis of various wealth/ investment products (private, exotic and traditional) encompassing a comprehensive evaluation of their structure, market performance, risk profile, and alignment with evolving investor needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate user insights into products. Forge alliances with various stakeholders essential for building the product Growth Initiatives Create compelling data-driven presentations & reports Support IC strategic initiatives including GTMs and business development activities
