Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Ensuring all legal documents are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducting legal research and providing summaries and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to
the company's operations.
• Maintaining accurate and well-organized corporate records and legal documents.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory filings and submissions.
• Support in corporate governance activities, including board meetings and shareholder meetings.
• Assisting in the implementation of corporate governance best practices.
 
Qualifications:
• Must hold a degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in legal and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience working in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is mandatory
