Job Summary
The Solution Architect Manager is a critical role focused on ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Edenred's Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The individual will blend technical implementation and strategic program management, ensuring seamless rollouts, strong stakeholder alignment, and continual improvement across projects. This role involves close partnership with clients, internal teams, and leadership to convert business needs into scalable configurations while driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, workflows, and requirements to tailor SaaS configurations.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, requirement gathering, and go-live adoption phases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve configuration or integration challenges.
- Provide comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring effective communication.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and enablement workshops for end-users and administrators to maximize platform value.
- Develop and oversee implementation strategies that align with both client goals and organizational priorities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, creating mitigation plans to maintain project timelines.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or program management within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software configuration, workflows, and integrations (APIs, Single Sign-On, data mapping preferred).
- Excellent project management skills with the capability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
- Experience in HRTech, FinTech, MarTech, or any cloud-based enterprise software environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, implementation frameworks, or ticketing tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across both technical and non-technical groups.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to translate technical details into business-relevant insights and recommendations.

- Experience with advanced data analytics tools or reporting systems.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years' experience in a relevant role, with exposure to implementations in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Environment
- This position is based in Mumbai, with the possibility for relocation from anywhere to Mumbai. The role may require travel a couple of days each quarter for business purposes.
