Jira / Confluence Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Jira / Confluence Administrator to support ongoing and planned configuration, integration, and reporting initiatives within a dynamic enterprise agile ecosystem. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Release Management, Transformation Management Office (TMO), Project Management Office (PMO), Modernisation Programs, and Product Leadership, while managing both strategic and interrupt-driven operational support.
Responsibilities
- Insight Jira View Changes: Modify and enhance Jira Insight views for improved stakeholder visualization.
- Username Display Update: Adjust configurations for correct username rendering.
- DAT-Related Jira Modifications: Implement updates to Jira for DAT project configurations.
- Jira–ServiceNow Integration Debugging: Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure efficient bi-directional communication.
- Business Requirements Setup: Lead requirement sessions with Product Owners and Business Analysts for Modernisation projects.
- GRI Project Migration: Assist in the seamless migration of GRI project artifacts in Jira.
- FMEA RBT Presentation: Develop presentation materials related to Risk-Based Testing.
Qualifications
- Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in Jira/Confluence administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Jira (Data Center or Cloud), Jira Administration, Advanced Roadmaps.
- Experience with Jira–ServiceNow integrations.
- Familiarity with Insight, Confluence, and automation rules.
- Proficient in managing Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with portfolio and release-level reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Risk-Based Testing and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Familiarity with enterprise transformation tooling strategy.
- Understanding of Product / Portfolio management in Jira.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Jira and Confluence administration, with hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies and tool integrations.
