Creative Content Intern

Job Summary

The Creative Content Intern will transform raw ideas into engaging video content. This role requires a knack for narrative structuring, visual storytelling, and quick editing. The intern will work closely with founders, product managers, and content from various sources to create appealing and audience-centric video scripts and visual content.

Responsibilities

• Develop video scripts from ideas presented by founders and product managers.
• Organize and structure video content for different formats, such as talking-head explainers and animated walkthroughs.
• Blend product information with storytelling to create engaging narratives.
• Edit video content for various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring appropriate pacing, aspect ratios, and subtitling.
• Collaborate with team members to refine video content based on feedback and improve flow, tone, and clarity.
• Ensure attention to detail in cuts, transitions, alignment, and audio syncing.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of video narrative beats, visual flow, and delivery.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into structured, engaging scripts.
• Proficiency in visual and auditory organization for video content.
• Strong storytelling skills to convey product narratives effectively.
• Comfortable sharing and iterating on rough cuts.
• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, Figma, and Canva.
• Understanding of platform-specific content requirements for Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
• Keen eye for detail in editing and content presentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with subtitling, transcribing, and editing from raw Zoom recordings.
• Quick editing skills with a focus on usability over perfection.
• Curiosity and openness to learning new tools and techniques.

Experience

• 0 years of experience required; open to fresh graduates or individuals with a keen interest in creative content production.
