Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter <br /> Location: Bangalore<br /> Reports To: Operations Head<br /> Job Type:Full-Time <br /> <br /> Job Summary:<br /> We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for the restaurant and hospitality industry, particularly within South Indian operations. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while maintaining strong connections within the industry.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :-<br /> <br />
- Talent Acquisition:<br /> - Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates for restaurant and hotel service staff positions.<br /> - Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with local hospitality institutions.<br /> <br />
- Industry Connections:<br /> - Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant staff hiring resources and South Indian production teams.<br /> - Collaborate with hotel management colleges and educational institutions to create internship and recruitment opportunities for service staff.<br /> <br />
- Networking and Partnerships:<br /> - Leverage connections within the industry to identify potential candidates and encourage referrals from current employees.<br /> - Attend industry events and job fairs to promote our brand and attract potential talent.<br /> <br />
- Language Proficiency:<br /> - Utilize proficiency in local languages (Kannada and Hindi) to enhance communication with candidates and partner organizations.<br /> - Assist in creating recruitment materials in local languages to appeal to a broader audience.<br /> <br />
- Analysis and Reporting:<br /> - Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and continuously improve the recruitment process.<br /> - Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends to management.<br /> <br />
- Quality Control:<br /> - Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, ensuring the identification of top talent from various brands and competing organizations.<br /> - Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and alignment with company values.<br /> <br />
Qualifications:<br /> <br />
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br />
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in the restaurant and hospitality sectors.<br />
- Strong network and connections within the restaurant industry, especially with South Indian production teams.<br />
- Established relationships with hotel management colleges for effective service staff hiring.<br />
- Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi for effective communication.<br />
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify high-quality candidates.<br />
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.<br /> <br />
