<div>About the company Clazar platform provides a go-to-market solution to SaaS Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) leveraging cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP). Clazar aims to make listing, selling, and managing activities on all cloud marketplaces seamless for ISVs. As a value add, Clazar minimizes overall integration and operational involvement for its customers. Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, company culture, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and other founding members of the team to ensure that our company culture and values are reflected in all HR activities. Responsibilities &Ocirc; Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization&#39;s goals and objectives&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making job offers&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Develop and implement onboarding and training programs to ensure that new employees are set up for success&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other employee benefits&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Manage HR-related technology platforms, including our HRIS, payroll system, and employee self-service portal&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Participate in strategic planning and budgeting activities to support the growth and success of the organization.</div> <div>Qualifications &Ocirc; MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field&Ccedil; &Ocirc; At least 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Experience working in a startup environment is preferred&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Knowledge of employment laws and regulations&Ccedil; &Ocirc; Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.</div> <div>Interests &Ocirc; Self-starteI &Ocirc; Thrives in a fast-paced environmenN &Ocirc; Want to join fast growth startup as founding member</div>
