<div>Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Account<br />
Sales Director to join our sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing<br />
relationships with our largest and most strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have a<br />
proven track record in enterprise sales, exceptional account management skills, has good<br />
rolodex and the ability to drive revenue growth.<br />

Key Responsibilities:<br />

Account Management:<br />
o Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term<br />
relationships, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.<br />
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and<br />
concerns promptly.<br />
Sales Strategy and Execution:<br />
o Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue<br />
growth.<br />
o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.<br />
Client Relationship Building:<br />
o Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers<br />
and stakeholders within client organizations.<br />
o Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.<br />
Negotiation and Closing:<br />
o Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and<br />
conditions.<br />
o Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.<br />
Market and Industry Knowledge:<br />
o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive<br />
landscape.<br />
o Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to inform product<br />
development and marketing strategies.</div>
<div> Sales Forecasting and Reporting:<br />
o Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.<br />
o Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activities, and<br />
performance metrics.</div>
<div>Qualifications:<br />
Experience:<br />
o Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in enterprise sales or account<br />
management.<br />
o Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.<br />
