Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Account
Sales Director to join our sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing
relationships with our largest and most strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in enterprise sales, exceptional account management skills, has good
rolodex and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Account Management:
o Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term
relationships, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and
concerns promptly.
 Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue
growth.
o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
 Client Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
and stakeholders within client organizations.
o Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
 Negotiation and Closing:
o Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and
conditions.
o Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
 Market and Industry Knowledge:
o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive
landscape.
o Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to inform product
development and marketing strategies.
 Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
o Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activities, and
performance metrics.
Qualifications:
 Experience:
o Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in enterprise sales or account
management.
o Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
o Experience in [industry] is highly desirable.
