Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in the Absence Management module. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical experience in the relevant tools and methodologies, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of absence management solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas related to Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management.
• Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for data management tasks.
• Implement and configure OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher reports.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Web Services/APIs for system integrations.
• Conduct technical configurations and deep dives into Absence Management settings.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management.
• Strong technical skills in Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BIP, OIC, and SQL.
• Excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional Oracle HCM modules.
• Experience with data migration and transformation tasks.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to absence management.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the Absence Management module.

Environment

• The position requires the ability to work during extended IST 2nd shift hours, ensuring availability for client interactions and support.
