Sales Ops Director

The Head of Sales Operations is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, enhancing lead quality, and improving sales productivity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Operations:
o
Lead the sales operations team in optimizing sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o
Implement and manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights for the sales team.
o
Develop and maintain sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
o
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and remove operational bottlenecks and improve sales productivity.
o
Drive sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, playbooks, and resources to support the sales team.
 
 
Alignment and Collaboration:
o
Foster strong alignment between marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
o
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to post-sale support.

Leadership and Management:
o
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales operations professionals.
o
Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience (8+ years) in sales operations or a related role within a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing automation tools.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
