Job Summary

The Founders Office role is a dynamic position designed to work closely with the founder, providing day-to-day support and collaborating with both operations and research teams. This role will be instrumental in streamlining processes, conducting in-depth research on various topics, and ensuring effective communication between the founder and different departments. The position requires a proactive, creative, and analytical individual who is eager to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the founder, providing timely updates and insights on ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various topics as directed by the founder.
  • Assist in developing creative presentations and storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support account management and management accountancy functions, including preparing Excel dashboards and reports.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to visionary thinking within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates may also apply).
  • Strong skills in creative storytelling and graphic illustration.
  • Proficiency in research analysis and artificial intelligence concepts.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Curious problem-solving mindset with a drive for visionary thinking.
  • Competency in account management and management accountancy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, especially in dashboard creation and data analysis.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a founders office or similar executive support role.
  • Exposure to startup environments or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

Experience

  • Minimum Experience: 0 years (interns and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Relevant experience in research, operations, or executive support is a plus but not mandatory.
