but the core experience (non-negotiable) is successfull growth of a D2C brand on marketplaces.. may not have experience in supplychain or finance but should be able to pick it up gradually..

Mokobara, foxtale, minimalist, mamaearth (Earlydays), boAt, etc..fundamentally strong brands who have grown on marketplaces and not just website/offline sales..

Tier 1 colleges graduation/post graduation..if not from tier 1 specifically mention that they are not from tier 1 colleges but they have done xyz good work and scaled the org and hence sharing the profile..basically your reason to share a profile this is a high equity low cash kind of role.. candidates will have to take pay cut..

Cash Budget - 50-70 lacs + equity also open for someone who wants to take 30-35 lacs of cash with high % of equity. % of equity will be discussed basis the candidate and the kind of exp they have and the kind of paycut they take..
