Product Management Intern

Job Summary

This 6-month internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to the complete product development lifecycle. As a motivated and curious Product Management Intern, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders in Bengaluru, India. Your work will involve contributing to market research, user needs analysis, product strategy, and agile execution, helping to define, build, and launch impactful products. This role is open immediately for 1 candidate and offers a practical pathway to gaining industry insights and hands-on experience in product management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and craft detailed user stories.
• Participate in product discovery through user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Help prioritize product features and improvements based on user feedback and business goals.
• Support product managers in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap updates.
• Analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure success and recommend optimizations.
• Contribute to the creation of internal documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., BTech, BSc) or a recent graduate.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage market and product data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
