As an Associate (Private Markets), you will be an integral early member of the team, directly contributing to AYRA’s investment journey. This is a high-ownership role with exposure to deal-making, portfolio engagement, and firm-building. Key Responsibilities:  Origination & Research – Identify investment opportunities through proactive sourcing, market research, and trend analysis.  Investment Analysis – Build financial models, valuations, and memos to support high-quality decision making.  Deal Execution – Support due diligence, documentation, and transaction processes end-to-end.  Portfolio Value Creation – Track performance, identify growth levers, and work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.  Firm Building – Help shape AYRA’s processes, culture, and ecosystem partnerships as a founding team member.
