• Implements prompt engineering techniques for accurate email processing.\
• Collaborates with data engineers to optimize email categorization workflows.\
• Conducts testing to refine prompt structures and improve model responses.\
• Ensures compliance with AI governance and security best practices.\
• Works with business users to align AI-generated responses with organizational needs

For Architect-

Develops scalable architectures for handling email processing workflows.\

• Ensures security and compliance in AI-driven email categorization solutions.\
• Works closely with engineers to refine system integration strategies.\
• Reviews infrastructure performance and optimizes resource utilization.\
• Establishes best practices in API integration and AI model deployment.
